Our U.S. store is online only. We do not operate a U.S. gym or offer local pickup. All store prices are in U.S. dollars.

Shipping

Orders containing at least one active monthly flyer item receive free standard U.S. shipping, with no minimum and no code. This also covers other items in the same order. Orders without a qualifying item ship for $7.99. Removing the qualifying item or checking out after the offer ends restores the standard charge. Monthly flyer prices apply only to the sizes and flavors shown during the stated dates. Stock and dispatch timing are confirmed before processing. We provide a tracking number when your order ships. There is no guaranteed delivery date until your shipment is confirmed.

Order requests & payment

When checkout says “Submit order request,” no payment is taken. We confirm availability, applicable tax and payment instructions first. If an item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or cancel before payment.

Cancellations & returns

To request a cancellation or return, contact us with your order reference before sending any item back. Eligibility and instructions must be confirmed by our team. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items promptly and retain their packaging.
